Witzenmann GmbH from Pforzheim acquired 100 percent of the shares in IKN Ingenieur-Planungs GmbH König-Nieder, based in Offenbach am Main, on March 7.
Witzmann announced this in a press release on Tuesday.
IKN Ingenieur-Planungs GmbH has been established for over 40 years as an expert in plant and pipeline planning for complex industrial plants in the chemical, petrochemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgical and food industries, as well as in mechanical engineering and power plant construction.
With the acquisition of the engineering firm, Witzenmann is expanding its existing service portfolio and strengthening its technological expertise in the industrial business across the Group.
