Many years of experience in M&A and corporate finance: Jan Grabowski starts as Director M&A at Emporion GmbH

Emporion GmbH has strengthened its team with Jan Grabowski as Director M&A. In this role, he is independently responsible for buy-side M&A projects for our clients, family-run medium-sized global market leaders. Thanks to his many years of experience as an executive on the corporate side in the field of M&A and corporate finance, Jan Grabowski brings considerable know-how in the field of M&A and enriches our buy-side expertise with his customer-oriented approach to transaction processing.

Grabowski can look back on ten very successful years as a strategist in Corporate Development at Tesa AG, during which he was able to gain international experience in acquisitions. He gained valuable M&A experience in 8 years in the M&A department of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt am Main and most recently as Vice President Corporate Finance at the Klingel Group in Pforzheim. He is also familiar with the Asian market and culture from his many years as Head of M&A for DyStar Singapore Pte Ltd in Singapore. He will now be responsible for buy-side projects on the advisory side at Emporion GmbH from February 1, 2024.

Jan Grabowski: "For me, returning to the M&A sector is very tempting. I have always been particularly fascinated by the strategic focus of buy-side projects. In my previous positions at Tesa and DyStar, I was able to accompany these processes from the corporate side; now I'm getting to know them from the perspective of a consultant in a wide range of industries and projects."
