The ACO Group is a successful family business and global market leader in the field of drainage technology. The company has been successfully using the services of Emporion GmbH since 2017 when it comes to implementing growth strategies. Together, nine strategic mergers have already been realized since 2017. The ACO Group has now received a double addition to the family on June 30, 2023. With ACO GmbH and ACO Passavant GmbH (building services), different business units became active at the same time.

Two successful deals for the same client in just one day. Even for Wilco Früh, Managing Director of the M&A boutique Emporion, which specializes in company acquisitions, this is still something very special. The merger with Betonwerk Neu-Ulm took place on June 30, 2023. ACO Ahlmann SE & Co KG took over 100% of the shares in the company, a leading manufacturer of highly stable monolithic concrete slotted channels. Both sides are highly satisfied with the transaction. At the same time in Hambühren near Celle: today Manfred Fricke is steering the fortunes of his company Elastoform, founded in 1983, for the last time. He sold it to the ACO Group on July 1, 2023. He is certain that everything will "stay the same" in a positive sense, as his daughter and son-in-law will continue to run the company together with Jan Radzey, Managing Director of ACO Haustechnik. Manfred Fricke thinks in terms of all stakeholders. He is certain that they will benefit from this strategic merger.
